Small Steps = Big Changes has a steering group who meet regularly to organise the Small Steps = Big Changes Conferences and other events.  It discusses key activity and developments from the focus groups and ensures that the Aiming High parents money is being spent in the way it is meant to be spent.

We feed these discussions and the progress we are making back to the local authority and the Primary Care Trust so that we can influence service for our disabled children, young people and families.

So that the steering group can spend its time as efficiently as possible, the local authority have agreed to support us to influence service provision.
