The Together for Disabled Children (TDC) partnership is the delivery agent for the Department for Children, Schools and Families and brings together Serco Education and Children’s Services and Contact a Family, the charity that supports families with disabled children.

The partnership provides a comprehensive range of skills, sector knowledge and experience of delivering national programmes.
